Majid is a builder and a firm believer in outdoing personal bests. He began his career as a call center agent and steadily rose through the ranks from there. Today, from the heart of Beirut, he leads SmartSource with a vision for growth and adaptability, always challenging the status quo.

Nayla holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and brings strong customer-focused international experience from leading global companies, such as Procter & Gamble, Chanel and Danone.

Stephanie is a seasoned BPO expert who has delivered results for global leaders in various industries, including Google, Porsche, Nestlé, as well as prominent U.S. healthcare organizations.
