SmartSource was built on the past experiences of its management team who started, not in fancy boardrooms or sleek high-rise offices, but on the frontlines, armed with nothing but a phone in a call center.
Our founder and CEO, Majid Khoury, kickstarted his career in sales and customer service in Canada’s telecom industry. He expertly learned the ropes and by 2005, he was leading outsourcing efforts for 17,000 jobs across business units, countries, and languages.
Five years later, Majid founded SmartSource as a consulting firm with customer experience at its core. From there, the journey truly gained momentum. In 2012, we began offering outsourcing services locally, before expanding across the MENA region and globally a few short years later. In 2021, we launched an ambitious expansion plan, one that continues to drive us forward today.
And we’re just getting started, because we believe that growth is smart, not rushed.
